**Terms and Conditions**
**1. Scope of Application**
These Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) apply to all orders placed through our online shop. Our online shop is exclusively directed at consumers.
A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither attributable to their commercial nor their independent professional activity. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a legally capable partnership that, upon conclusion of a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity.
**2. Contractual Partner, Conclusion of Contract, Correction Options**
The purchase contract is concluded with Marwin Kupper, Caesar.X.
By presenting products in our online shop, we provide a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. You can place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction tools provided and explained in the order process. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the goods in the shopping cart by clicking the order button. Immediately after submitting the order, you will receive a confirmation by email.
**3. Contract Language and Storage of Contract Text**
The language(s) available for concluding the contract is/are: German.
We store the contract text and send you the order data and our T&Cs in text form. For security reasons, the contract text is no longer accessible via the internet.
**4. Delivery Conditions**
In addition to the stated product prices, shipping costs may apply. You can find more details about any applicable shipping costs in the offers.
We do not deliver to parcel stations.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
**Customs and Import Duties:**
All customs duties, import taxes, and any additional charges required by the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs and will be determined by the customs office in the buyer's country. It is the buyer’s responsibility to check local regulations and ensure compliance with any import requirements. We are not liable for delays caused by customs processing.
**5. Payment**
The following payment methods are generally available in our shop:
- **Credit Card**
During the order process, you provide your credit card details. Your card will be charged immediately after placing the order.
- **PayPal**
To pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A, 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg ("PayPal"), you must be registered with PayPal, authenticate with your login credentials, and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction will be carried out by PayPal immediately after placing the order. Further information is provided during the order process.
- **giropay / paydirekt**
In cooperation with the payment service provider paydirekt GmbH, Stephanstr. 14-16, 60313 Frankfurt a. M ("giropay" or "paydirekt"), we offer the following payment methods:
- **giropay**
To pay via giropay, you need an online banking-enabled bank account, must authenticate accordingly, and confirm the payment instruction. Your account will be charged immediately after placing the order. Further information is provided during the order process.
- **paydirekt**
To pay via paydirekt, you need an online banking-enabled bank account, must be registered with paydirekt, authenticate with your login credentials, and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction will be carried out immediately after placing the order. Further information is provided during the order process.
- **Klarna**
In cooperation with the payment service provider Klarna Bank AB (publ.), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden ("Klarna"), we offer the following payment options. Klarna is available only for consumers. Unless otherwise stated, payments through Klarna require successful address and credit checks and are processed directly by Klarna. Further information is provided for each payment option during the order process.
- **Klarna Credit Card**
During the order process, you provide your credit card details. Your card will be charged immediately after placing the order. Address and credit checks are not conducted.
**6. Retention of Title**
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.
**7. Transport Damage**
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report such defects to the delivery provider immediately and contact us promptly. Failure to file a complaint or contact us has no consequences for your statutory claims and their enforcement, particularly your warranty rights. However, you help us assert our own claims against the carrier or transport insurance.

**9. Liability**
We are always fully liable for claims due to damages caused by us, our legal representatives, or agents in the following cases:
- For injury to life, body, or health.
- In case of intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty.
- For guarantee promises, if agreed upon.
- Where the scope of the Product Liability Act applies.
In case of a breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations) through slight negligence, our liability is limited to foreseeable damage typical for the contract at the time of its conclusion. Otherwise, claims for damages are excluded.
**10. Dispute Resolution**

We are not obligated or willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
