Refund policy

**Revocation Policy**  

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal.  

 Right of Withdrawal  

You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without providing any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods.  

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Marwin Kupper, Neckarstraße 47, 63263 Neu-Isenburg, Germany, info.caesar.x@gmail.com) by means of a clear declaration (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email) about your decision to revoke this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, which is not mandatory. You can also fill out and submit the model withdrawal form or another clear declaration electronically on our website here. If you make use of this option, we will promptly send you confirmation of receipt of such a withdrawal (e.g., by email).  

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.  

 

Consequences of Withdrawal  

If you revoke this contract, we are obliged to refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive notice of your revocation of this contract.  

We will use the same means of payment for this refund that you used for the original transaction, unless explicitly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this refund.  

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.  

You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days expires.  

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. 

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if the loss in value is due to handling that is not necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
